Where We Produce

  China      Jinjiang, Fujian — development centre and production
  Cambodia   Kampong Speu — 3,000 employees, 10 assembly lines,
             200,000 pairs per month, operating since 2019

Both plants are wholly owned and share one development team, one

material sourcing operation and one quality standard. If your sourcing

strategy requires a non-China origin, we can quote either base.

Minimum Order Quantity

  300 pairs per colour

Most Chinese footwear factories quote 1,000-1,500 pairs per style. We work

from 300 pairs per colour, which makes us a practical partner for brands

launching a new line, testing a market, or running multiple SKUs at

lower volume.

Trial orders are welcome. If your quantity sits below this, tell us the

style and target market anyway — for ready-to-ship models we can often

find a way.

Sampling

  7-10 working days

Industry standard is 2-4 weeks. We develop samples in 7-10 working days

for programmes using existing lasts and moulds, which is typically two

weeks sooner than the industry norm — often the difference between catching a

selling season and missing it.

Fully new tooling (custom last, new outsole mould) takes longer. We will

tell you the honest timeline before you commit.

Lead time starts from approved sample and confirmed order. Ocean freight

is additional — allow 2-6 weeks depending on destination port.

We build cemented footwear and we do not offer injection moulding.

Focusing on one construction is why our sampling is fast and our

quality is consistent — if injection moulding is what you need, we

will tell you upfront rather than take the order.

Cemented construction suits the majority of athletic and casual

footwear and offers wide latitude in upper materials and outsole design.
